The Batlground Drift Team headed up to Nashville this past weekend to get some testing, practice, photographs and video before the 2010 season closed out. THE TIRE SMOKE WAS SIMPLY AMAZING. We all had a great time on and off the track. Daniel Willie’s orange S14 performed flawlessly as always and it was decided that this may be the last event on the sr20det engine platform. Batlground drift cars have been powered by the Sr20det engines since the begining 6 years ago. Daniel Willie said, “Its time for something new, something more powerful and more competitive. V8 powered cars with sequential transmissions are here to stay i drifting and we are making the necessary changes to keep our cars competive for the 2011 season.” Batlground has been helping Chris Ward out with his car and there are only a few more bugs to work out. The dog gears will solve the most recent syncro issue with his transmission. Here are a few pics to enjoy and a link to a sick video on Youtube that Edward took.
