Batlground is now offering our steering knuckle exchange program. Bring us your S-13 or S-14 stock steering knuckles.

Our modified knuckles are fully TIG welded and extremely strong. These will allow for much more steering angle at full lock as well as quicker steering, excellent for drifting. We offer these with or without additional tie rod drop. Lowering the tie rod mount will correct bad steering geometry for lowered vehicles.

Here we have an old Porsche 914 that is getting restored and modified. The first step is removing all the rust from the interior of the vehicle. That way, the roll cage does not mount to any rust, and the interior can get painted without rust starting back. Overall the chassis has little rust, but there is a fair amount on the interior. Above are before and progress pictures of the interior.

We have had several requests lately for our tail light tinting service and we would just like to remind everyone about the details. We can tint a set of regular size tail lights for $100 and a larger set like a Nissan 240 full bar for $150. You don’t live close to our area? No problem, you can ship us your lights. We will perform our tint service and then carefully pack them back into your box and ship them back. Turn around time is typically 4 days. Due to the overwhelming success of this years Batlground Motorsports intern program, we have decided to expand. We will be inviting a couple more eager students to join us.

Our interns are not afraid of a little hard work rewarded with learning something new. We strive to provide a give and take environment where both the student and teacher are helping each other to accomplish a common goal.

Here at Batlground we deal with a wide array of different makes and models of vehicles, did you think we only built import projects? Think again, there is a huge force of American muscle with modern LS basedV8 projects coming in all the time. Not to mention our own LS6 powered drift car. Between overseeing the work our techs do to our customer cars or getting some hands on experience with Batlground’s own stable of vehicles, there is never a dull moment.

Our current interns have also enjoyed racing with us. This years Atlanta Region SCCA Autocross season has proved to be a valuable experience, with several of our own constantly improving their lap times. Want to learn by doing? We encourage everyone to join us for all of the Autocross action.

In the near future be prepared to see some Batlground windshield banners running around the Atlanta area. Last week we decided to bust out the sticker machine and print some banners. At the moment we have: black, red, white, and some mixed colors printed. If you would like one, contact us and we would be happy to get one for you.

Remember that 1967 Camaro from last week? Here is the next stage that we have completed. Fully digital gauges in the factory gauge location. The dash uses it’s own sensors to show more accurate readings as well as displaying more information than the factory cluster. It fit behind the factory panel and makes the gauges match the modern ls1 under the hood.
