Batlground is now offering our steering knuckle exchange program. Bring us your S-13 or S-14 stock steering knuckles.
Our modified knuckles are fully TIG welded and extremely strong. These will allow for much more steering angle at full lock as well as quicker steering, excellent for drifting. We offer these with or without additional tie rod drop. Lowering the tie rod mount will correct bad steering geometry for lowered vehicles.

Wednesday, October 5th, 2011We are currently waiting on the additional lift kit for this truck to arrive, but we had to move this beast for the day. As you can see 7.5″ of lift is not enough room for the 40″ tires. The next lift kit will provide plenty of much needed clearance. 
Batlground’s Lexus IS300 Begins to Take Shape
Thursday, September 29th, 2011This IS has been completely gutted to make room for a full cage and an interesting drive train. Straying away from the norm, our shop foreman Justin has decided to go with an 4G63 mated to a T56. The motor an trans have been positioned much further back than the stock setup for better weight distribution. This Lexus will feature a dry sump setup with a 3 gallon oil tank for increased cooling. At this stage the motor and mock up trans are now in place to begin the motor mount fabrication.

Thursday, September 15th, 2011BATLGROUND MOTORSPORTS is proud to offer our new 1.5 scroll header/up-pipe for the 2002-2007 Subaru WRX & STI with either the 2.0 or the 2.5. You must use the 2.5 oil pan for proper clearance. This header is compatible for RHD and LHD chassis.
This is the earliest spooling, equal
length header with the fastest response of any stock location header. The 1.5
scroll header consists of a twin scroll lower manifold utilizing the stock
location for the 1.5 scroll up-pipe. Utilizing ideal cylinder pairing and the
proper implementation of twin scroll technology, huge increases at the low end,
midrange and top end can be achieved while minimizing spool time and improving
throttle response. Proven to make substantial horsepower and torque gains, the
1.5 scroll is the best performing.
This header is designed to optimize
performance for a stock EJ engine and stock location single scroll turbo, this
up pipe uses a twin-tube configuration which locates the final 2-1 merger as
close to the turbine as possible. Any stock or upgraded stock style
turbocharger will fit, and also stock location bolt-on GT30R and GT35R. Want to
go bigger? Simply unbolt the 1.5 scroll up pipe and install a Full-Race twin scroll
up pipe, turbo, downpipe and external wastegates to convert to twin scroll allowing
for an easy upgrade to twin scroll GT30r, GT35R or even a GT40R.
Installation Notes:
This header will not fit with Moroso oilpan without extra
modification. This header will not work with the 2.0 OEM oil pan or the
Cosworth oil pan. The USDM OEM 2.5 oil pan must be used for proper clearance. Header kit includes 2 manifold gaskets, the header to up-pipe gasket and the hardware to attach the turbo. Turbo gasket not included.

We have had several requests lately for our tail light tinting service and we would just like to remind everyone about the details. We can tint a set of regular size tail lights for $100 and a larger set like a Nissan 240 full bar for $150. You don’t live close to our area? No problem, you can ship us your lights. Due to the overwhelming success of this years Batlground Motorsports intern program, we have decided to expand. We will be inviting a couple more eager students to join us.
Our interns are not afraid of a little hard work rewarded with learning something new. We strive to provide a give and take environment where both the student and teacher are helping each other to accomplish a common goal.
Here at Batlground we deal with a wide array of different makes and models of vehicles, did you think we only built import projects? Think again, there is a huge force of American muscle with modern LS basedV8 projects coming in all the time. Not to mention our own LS6 powered drift car. Between overseeing the work our techs do to our customer cars or getting some hands on experience with Batlground’s own stable of vehicles, there is never a dull moment.
Our current interns have also enjoyed racing with us. This years Atlanta Region SCCA Autocross season has proved to be a valuable experience, with several of our own constantly improving their lap times. Want to learn by doing? We encourage everyone to join us for all of the Autocross action.

That’s right, the time has come to put the new power plant into the Orange Nissan S14 240sx. The Sr20det drive train has been our proven power plant for years. We have learned as much as we possibly can with this setup. It revs to 10,000 rpm and makes 475 horsepower to the wheels and spools up faster than you can imagine. I want to sell the whole setup together as one unit. If that doesn’t work out I may part it out but I really really don’t want to do that. Here is a rundown of what is included in the sale. I am not going to beat around the bush and put a higher price so $11,000 cash takes it. This is an incredible deal and is a turn key drive train. It comes with everything, the pre tuned AEM EMS with more hours of tuning than I can remember. Everything is dialed in and ready to rock. The amount of time and money put into this drive train is way more than I am asking and I am sure it will find a new home very soon.
