Batlground for Women
Auto Intuition Workshops
Since the automotive industry is a male dominated industry, I feel a strong responsibility to the empowerment of women through automotive education. In conjunction with Dan, my long-time boyfriend and support system, an automotive basics workshop was developed and dedicated to women only. Auto Intuition, is intended to educate women on how to understand their automobile’s function and maintenance requirements while also teaching them to better communicate with mechanics and service centers. The Auto Intuition workshops will be held by request and will be hosted at the Batlground Motorsports facility located in Smyrna, Georgia. These workshops will be sponsored by Batlground and will be conducted at no cost to those that are interested.
The women attending the Auto Intuition workshops will be encouraged to posts testimonials on the Batlground for Women blog, but it is in no way a requirement. The blog space will offer the women an outlet to share the positive effects the workshops have had on their lives. Batlground Motorsports will also post daily tips on their Twitter and Facebook Fan pages on behalf of the Auto Intuition workshops. Ultimately, the mission of the Auto Intuition workshops is to empower women by continually educating them on the basic mechanics, function and service of their vehicles.
